Arthium account controls
Delete your Arthium account and cloud data
This page is the public account-deletion process for the Arthium app published by Arthium Labs.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
How to request deletion
Prepare your data. Export records that must be retained and remove access for staff who no longer need the workspace.
Email from the registered address. Send the request to labsarthium@gmail.com using the account email associated with Arthium.
Identify the account. Include the business name and registered account email. Use the subject “Arthium account deletion request”. Never include a password or OTP.
Complete ownership verification. Arthium may require recent sign-in or other reasonable proof before a tenant workspace is deleted.
Receive confirmation. Support will confirm when the verified request has been completed or explain any data that must be retained.
What happens to your data
| Data category | Deletion result | Important detail |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud business workspace | Deleted | Eligible cloud-hosted invoices, products, parties, purchases, payments, inventory, delivery and configuration records are removed after verification. |
| Cloud files and delivery evidence | Deleted | Eligible tenant files stored by Arthium are removed with the cloud workspace. |
| Member profiles | Anonymised | Workspace membership is disabled and identifying profile fields are cleared where the record must remain for security integrity. |
| Authentication account | Reviewed | Sign-in access and linked memberships are reviewed as part of the request. An identity used by another authorised workspace is not removed without confirming its scope. |
| Security, billing and legal records | May be retained | Minimum records may be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, payment reconciliation or legal obligations. |
| Local device data and exported backups | You control | Files stored on a PC, phone, external drive or another person’s device are not erased by a cloud request. |
Retention period
Verified requests are targeted for completion within 30 days. Residual encrypted disaster-recovery backups may remain inaccessible in normal operation until their scheduled rotation, for up to 90 days. A longer period applies only where law, fraud prevention, payment disputes or security obligations require it.
Local copies
After cloud deletion, sign out on every device and securely remove local Arthium data, downloads and backups you no longer need. A business administrator may separately control copies on organisation-owned devices.
Need only a correction or access change? Account deletion is not required to change a profile, remove a staff member, disable cloud sync or request a copy of personal information. Contact privacy support instead.
