Terms of Use
Effective: July 15, 2026
These terms govern use of Arthium software and connected services. By using Arthium, the account holder confirms that they are authorised to manage the relevant business records and users.
Permitted use
Arthium may be used for lawful business operations. Users must not bypass permissions, interfere with service security, upload malicious content, misuse another organisation's data or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Accounts and administrators
Administrators are responsible for user access, staff permissions, device security and the accuracy of business configuration. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
Business and tax records
Users are responsible for reviewing invoices, tax treatment, calculations, statutory records and reports before relying on or submitting them. Arthium assists with record keeping but does not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
Availability and backups
Offline and cloud features may be affected by device failure, internet availability, external providers or maintenance. Users must keep current encrypted backups and verify that important exports can be restored.
Connected services
Optional payment, messaging, storage and other third-party services may have separate terms, charges and availability. Enabling a connected service authorises the data exchange required to perform the requested operation.
Changes and termination
Features and terms may be updated for security, legal or operational reasons. Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, non-payment under a paid plan or legal requirements. Eligible account deletion may be requested through the published deletion process.
